The kitchen at Terrara is a place where we take inspiration from the seasonality of our potager and the bounty of fresh produce it provides. We’re also grateful to have many wonderful small providers in the region who supplement our own garden.
Venetia was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease as a very young child so all our creations are gluten free by default. Her philosophy is that if it cannot be as good as or better than a gluten containing version then it requires further development.
Our dishes surprise guests when they discover they are gluten free.
Overtime we’ll update this page with recipes from our kitchen so keep an eye out for new delights to create in your own kitchen.
